BST1
BST is about attaining the ability to experience the bhavas (emotions). Suppression of emotions leads to stress and a general low level of joy in life. Having full freedom to express and experience emotions makes one feel very light. After undergoing BST, one feels as light as a hovercraft, flying in the skies. BST1 is a programme dedicated to TRUTH. Through BST1, one discovers the power of living in truth.
This is a very powerful programme that dramatically changes one’s power and outlook in just four days.
Only mentally stable people should undergo this programme, which follows the preliminary programmes. The programme is satya narayan vrat (the vow of truth). It is a path towards self-realisation, as practised by Gandhiji. It gave him the power to send back the exploitative British from India and other parts of the world through non-violence — anincredibly unthinkable feat by mortals. He achieved divine powers through this practice.
Advance Meditation Course(AMC)
AMCs are five-day events, also called nitya samadhi, designed to take one into one’s own state of silence within, such that one blossoms into a state of joyousness and love, and one can effortlessly see godliness in others.
AMCs involve group silence or inclusive silence vis-à-vis the traditionally practised individual silence or exclusive silence. Any activity when done in a group has an exponentially higher effect compared to it being done individually on your own.
It involves retrieval from a state of constant stimuli acting upon us. Food is one such stimulus, which is partly retrieved for a while. Talking is another such stimulus which is cut off as well. The third such stimulus is goal-orientation.
Pujya Guruji defines the practice of silence as taking time not to be involved in producing any results. A person becomes fully charged for a few weeks following the course (by the end of which he should go ahead and do his next AMC).
Padyatra
Padyatra is a very powerful Sadhana intuited by Guruji. Its duration is generally 3 months. Also called walking pilgrimage by some, it is about going around like a renunciate, living on whatever is offered in love.
Padyatras in India are a particularly special experience. This country is blessed with a culture wherein everybody reveres a sadhak and provides him with free food and shelter if he is doing his Sadhana of Moksha.
In the preparation towards making yourself free for 3 months, a person does away with a lot of unnecessary burdens he is carrying through his life and hands over the management of his enterprise or house to the next able person. It is an experience of total let-go before and during the Padyatra. Padyatra makes a person extraordinarily courageous to just surrender into the lap of existence
Scope Camp
scope camp is a three-day event which very systematically takes the participants into exalted states of silence, joy, love and creativity.
Scope camps are conducted in small groups. The advantage of group sadhana is that tasks become effortless when done in groups. Additionally, the results obtained in group sadhana are multi-fold compared to the results obtained in individual sadhana. Scope camps involve restrictionon food intake for a while, restriction on any communication and availability of a spontaneously beautiful landscape.
All this facilitated by a wise trainer helps the participant shed all his sense of being-driven-by-results and he ultimately rests in the utter glory of the present moment.
The word ‘Scope’ stands for ‘Silence, Creativity, Organising, Planning & Energising’. Silence leads to spontaneous organising and planning which is free of any goal-based desperation.
Silence is the womb of all creativity. All those who care to create something wonderful in and through their lives should resort to a regular-frequency silence break. It is in moments of utter relaxation that the best ideas take birth in the human mind. Scope camps facilitate the germination of such out-of-the-box ideas besides bringing about tremendous improvements in the state of our being, by filling it with love and joy.
